When creating a character, it is important to think about both his appearance and religion. At long last, Salt and Sanctuary is coming to Xbox One Our 2D souls-like of deadly monsters, labyrinthine dungeons, and shattered heroes may be our studio’s fourth big game, but it’s our first title to grace Xbox One.
After the prologue, the player gets the opportunity to create a character in his own image and likeness. The two-dimensionality of the game world and the atmosphere of gothic (and noir) bring the game closer to the first projects of the Cactlevania series, and the game mechanics are taken from Dark Souls 3. THE NUANCES OF THE GAME SALT AND SANCTUARY Salt and Sacrifice even takes a page from Sekiro with a new grappling hook designed for traversing the game’s open world.Unlike the original Dark Souls, Salt and Sanctuary received two-dimensional graphics (it is this two-dimensionality that confuses the inexperienced player). The graphics are more realistic. The impact sounds are crisp. The game music is quiet and tense, which creates the so-called noir atmosphere (which is not surprising, because the hero somehow ended up on the island of madmen). The player character can customize their skills and equipment to fit their own personal play style. Players must heal between encounters just like in the original Dark Souls series. The game puts an emphasis on gigantic boss battles and crushing difficulty with its slow and methodical combat. The controls for this game are rather simple and easy to follow, but if you need you can reassign keys by using the provided in-game menu or your consoles settings. Players control a single character who wields medieval weapons in a quest to defeat bosses and hordes of enemies. Controls for Salt and Sanctuary refers to the bindings on gamepads and keyboards / mice that allow for player input and manipulation of the game and the player character. Salt and Sacrifice continues the spirit of its predecessor as a two-dimensional soulslike game that sticks close to estbalished genre conventions. Salt and Sacrifice could see further console releases after its initial release date, but for now, players will need a computer or PlayStation console to enjoy Salt and Sacrifice at launch. The game will be released for PC on the Epic Games Store as well. Salt and Sanctuary seamlessly combines fast, brutal, and complex 2D combat with richly developed RPG mechanics. 
The original game was released on several platforms including Xbox and Switch, but new funding from Sony has limited the game to just PlayStation consoles.
